We ship within 24 working hours anywhere in the country; in the city it usually arrives the next day.
Can I exchange a product?
Yes. You have thirty days and we collect it ourselves, free and with no questions.
Do you ship outside the city?
Nationwide, with online tracking from the moment it leaves the workshop.
What payment methods do you accept?
Debit, credit, bank transfer and interest-free instalments with participating banks.
Is there a guarantee?
Two years against manufacturing defects. If it breaks through normal use, we repair it.
How do I get in touch?
On WhatsApp or by email, Monday to Friday from 9 to 18. Someone on the team answers.
